We had the option to upgrade some fittings and there were no surprises with the final contract price. The showroom has an extensive selection and we were not rushed through the process. Marcus was a fantastic project manager, keeping me informed of the entire process with frequent calls/messages to advise when trades people would be on site. What I particularly appreciated was that we had to coordinate repair of an AirCon over the bathroom and Marcus helped us solve that problem whilst keeping the project on track. The tradespeople carried out the work efficiently and kept our place as clean as possible. Marcus regularly came by to ensure work was completed to a high standard. "We're very happy with our 2 new bathrooms from Above All. Great help and advice with design and detail. What we really liked were: First, they're a one-stop shop, not just a trades provider. So you can get all tiles (or not, you're choice), fittings a fixtures from them rather than wear out shoes getting crazy quotes from endless stores. They include all these in their warranty. We are very happy with the quality and styling and they definitely saved us a great deal of money. Second, they provided a timetable of works and stuck to it. We had no issues at all with delays or no-shows from AAB. Third, one person for sales and design (Ben for us) and just one project manager to run and organise everything - he's the only one you need to call for anything. Including concerns or issues, he comes quite quickly and just sorts it without worry. Fourth, their tradies were also great. Very quick, professional and cleaned up. Recommend them very highly."

"Ben and his team of contractors did a sensational job with our bathroom. The job was completed within 4 weeks, as communicated at the outset, and all trades were scheduled and sequenced well throughout the process. We chose a lot of our PC items directly from the Above All Bathrooms’ showroom and this process made it really easy, as it meant we didn’t have to go around to various other suppliers to source these. It also allowed Ben to coordinate all items to be ready for installation when required. The only hold up to our schedule involved a slight delay in the shower screen being installed, which meant it finished a week later than it could have (ie. 4 weeks instead of 3) but that wasn’t such an issue for us. I was really impressed with Ben’s management of the process and various trades and he was frequently at our house to brief the trades and review the work. His communication was also great throughout. We asked four separate bathroom builders for quotes initially, and while Ben’s was not the cheapest, it wasn’t that much more expensive and we decided to go with him because we got a sense that he’d be thorough, professional and do good job. Ben delivered as expected. We also liked the convenience of sourcing fixtures and fittings through Above All Bathrooms and have no regrets with this approach. I’d highly recommend."

"We had 3 small bathrooms and the laundry renovated / modernised by Above All Bathrooms (AAB). We got quotes from AAB, plus a builder and another company – all quotes were similar in costs. However, with ABB it was a complete package with the inclusion of fittings and accessories, whereas with the others we would have to purchase all prime cost items (fittings and accessories). We chose AAB because we did not want the hassle of having to select and purchase all the fittings and accessories from various suppliers – and the risk of not finding enough tiles, for example, for all three bathrooms and laundry, or buying the wrong size shaving cabinet! We had the consultations with Matthew who did the drawings / plans for each bathroom and laundry. We went to AAB showroom to select from their standard range: tiles, taps, toilets, bath, shower heads, sinks, taps, towel rails, shaving cabinets, vanity units etc. After signing the contract, the work and a team of tradesmen were managed by Marcus and Brendan. The work was done in 2 stages – as we needed to have a working bathroom during the renovation. The first stage took 2 months, the second 1 month. On the wall of each room, Marcus put up the drawings / plans as well instructions to tradesmen on the need of cleaning after their work each day (great stuff 😊). We were particularly impressed with the demolition company (Stuart) which AAB used – they took away all the rubbish at the end of the day and put down tile and carpet saver plastic where the work was being done. Overall, we were very satisfied and pleased with the results. They provided grab rails for our 3 showers – as we are retired, and preparing for our old age. We highly recommend AAB – and give a big thank-you to Marcus and Brendan who were always knowledgeable and obliging, and always replied to our texts and answered our questions promptly."

"We had 3 small bathrooms and the laundry renovated / modernised by Above All Bathrooms (AAB). We got quotes from AAB, plus a builder and another company – all quotes were similar in costs. However, with ABB it was a complete package with the inclusion of fittings and accessories, whereas with the others we would have to purchase all prime cost items (fittings and accessories). We chose AAB because we did not want the hassle of having to select and purchase all the fittings and accessories from various suppliers – and the risk of not finding enough tiles, for example, for all three bathrooms and laundry, or buying the wrong size shaving cabinet! We had the consultations with Matthew who did the drawings / plans for each bathroom and laundry. We went to AAB showroom to select from their standard range: tiles, taps, toilets, bath, shower heads, sinks, taps, towel rails, shaving cabinets, vanity units etc. After signing the contract, the work and a team of tradesmen were managed by Marcus and Brendan. The work was done in 2 stages – as we needed to have a working bathroom during the renovation. The first stage took 2 months, the second 1 month. On the wall of each room, Marcus put up the drawings / plans as well instructions to tradesmen on the need of cleaning after their work each day (great stuff 😊). We were particularly impressed with the demolition company (Stuart) which AAB used – they took away all the rubbish at the end of the day and put down tile and carpet saver plastic where the work was being done. Overall, we were very satisfied and pleased with the results. They provided grab rails for our 3 showers – as we are retired, and preparing for our old age. We highly recommend AAB – and give a big thank-you to Marcus and Brendan who were always knowledgeable and obliging, and always replied to our texts and answered our questions promptly."

"We're very happy with our 2 new bathrooms from Above All. Great help and advice with design and detail. What we really liked were: First, they're a one-stop shop, not just a trades provider. So you can get all tiles (or not, you're choice), fittings a fixtures from them rather than wear out shoes getting crazy quotes from endless stores. They include all these in their warranty. We are very happy with the quality and styling and they definitely saved us a great deal of money. Second, they provided a timetable of works and stuck to it. We had no issues at all with delays or no-shows from AAB. Third, one person for sales and design (Ben for us) and just one project manager to run and organise everything - he's the only one you need to call for anything. Including concerns or issues, he comes quite quickly and just sorts it without worry. Fourth, their tradies were also great. Very quick, professional and cleaned up. Recommend them very highly."

"Ben and his team of contractors did a sensational job with our bathroom. The job was completed within 4 weeks, as communicated at the outset, and all trades were scheduled and sequenced well throughout the process. We chose a lot of our PC items directly from the Above All Bathrooms’ showroom and this process made it really easy, as it meant we didn’t have to go around to various other suppliers to source these. It also allowed Ben to coordinate all items to be ready for installation when required. The only hold up to our schedule involved a slight delay in the shower screen being installed, which meant it finished a week later than it could have (ie. 4 weeks instead of 3) but that wasn’t such an issue for us. I was really impressed with Ben’s management of the process and various trades and he was frequently at our house to brief the trades and review the work. His communication was also great throughout. We asked four separate bathroom builders for quotes initially, and while Ben’s was not the cheapest, it wasn’t that much more expensive and we decided to go with him because we got a sense that he’d be thorough, professional and do good job. Ben delivered as expected. We also liked the convenience of sourcing fixtures and fittings through Above All Bathrooms and have no regrets with this approach. I’d highly recommend."
